Returning Goods Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a quality of goods or transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries. Because we are internet specialized shop, we accept any inquiries through email only.

7 days returning goods policy

If goods is not defective:

We have 7 days returning goods policy if goods is not defective. That is, if customer would like to return the goods without our fault, then you notifies us within 7 days from the date when the goods was received. After that, we send return agreement mail to customer and then goods can be returned. In this case, please pay for return delivery cost and goods need to be returned by being same condition as they were delivered. Once customer opens plastic bag, then the goods cannot be returned.

If customer thinks goods seems defective:

Our products are strictly quality checked. Therefore, there is very small possibilities that customer receives defective goods. However, there may be a case which product is damaged or broken through various reasons.

Please follow the return procedures before claiming returning. Ask for return procedures document using contact form.

Please remind that:

  • Product may be damaged or broken while shipment. (In this case, customer needs to ask for compensation to post office)

Refund Method

Any refund can be made by bank transfer or paypal only.

Important when customer uses paypal:

It is very important to note if customer uses paypal for the payment and would like refund. If you pay $60 to us using paypal, we receive $59 (for example). $1 in this case is taken by paypal as a service fee. What we receive is $59. Therefore, when you pay $60 to us, we will also pay you back $60. However, what you actually receive would be $59, and not $60. It is because we as a “Sea Power MAX” have to also pay $1 to paypal as a sevice fee.

Note: Service fee is subject to the amount of payment. We used $1 as a sevice fee in this case for easy explanation.

1. Customer pays us $60 using paypal and is deducted $1 by paypal.

2. We refund to customer $60 using paypal and is duducted $1 by paypal.

Conclusion:

Both customer and we lose $1. Please keep this in mind in case customer wants refund.

If product is returned without our agreement

We have to discard the product and no refund can be made. Therefore, please make sure to follow correct returning steps.

Sea Power MAX is not liable for any injury, illness or death of any person caused from improper use of product which is not recommended by us. Furthermore, Sea Power MAX is not liable for any loss of, or damage to, any property.
