For existing members, please use online shopping cart to order for the time being. We still offer free gifts based on purchase records and volume to existing members. But, we cannot offer discount anymore. Sorry for inconveniencies.

Many people try various healthy methods for short period of time and stop it forever. Only 1 or 2 months of healthy diet may not offer enough health benefits. It is important to keep eating them.We considered carefully how both customers and we can build win-win long term relationship.This page explains various benefits we can offer for people who join premium membership.

1. How much is membership fee?

It is Free!! We do not charge by simply joining membership.

2. What benefits can I receive?

We believe this is the most concerned part for many people. Because each customer orders differently, our sales staff treat each order differently. We tend to give greater benefits if customer purchases more frequently or purchase volume is large. Overall, there are three benefits.

2.1 Free Gifts

All premium customers who purchase more than $50 totall will receive this free gifts. Type of gifts depends on our sales staff.

2.2 Discount

Customers who purchase from us frequently will receive special discount. Discount rate is up to customer’s purchase history, frequency and total volume.

2.3 Free Delivery (ie. $7.40 basic delivery cost is free)

Customer who has large purchase volume (ie. over $100) receive this benefits. However, we can discount $7.40 basic delivery cost only. For example, if customer orders from oversea, we do not charge for $7.40 but still charge international shipment cost (eg. $9.60 to America).

3. Who is appropriate to be a premium member?

Since we offer greater benefits to premium members by reducing our profits, we would like to ask you to keep few promises. First is to purchase every 4 months (ie. 3 times a year) at least. Second is to order minimum of $50 in total. If these are difficult to achieve, then please order using normal shopping cart.

4. How long will premium membership last?

We do not specifically set a membership expiry date. However, due to our web system restriction and our staff shortage, we set the maximum number of membership. If there are many membership applications and overload our system capacity, we normally put those applications in hold. If any members who hasn’t made any order for a long time may be asked whether he or she would still like to keep membership or not.
