Summary:

This is easiest special string seaweed noodle. If you put this agar into hot water, it extends up to 50 times.  You can eat like noodle or salad. If you eat noodle frequently, why don’t you try this intead of instant noodle?

How to use:

Add hot water (100 degree C)  and leave between 5 and 12 minutes. If you prefer soft noodle, then immerse in hot water longer time. The picture in the top shows before and after putting 4g of tentsuru agar in hot water.

Note: If you would like to enjoy eating as a noodle, tentsuru noodle cannot put in boiled water. Otherwise it will melt.
