Tokoroten (Seaweed Noodle) with Fruit Sauce

Material (4 people)
Tokoroten Powder, 1 sachet (4g)
Water, 500ml
Fruit Sauce or Jam (whatever you like)
How to make
- Put water and 1 sachet of tokoroten powder into source pan and heat it
- Once boiled, keep boiling and stiring another 2 minutes until powder completely melts
- Stop heating and pour it in the container and put it in the fridge until coagulation
- Use Tentuki to make noodle shape
- Put fruit sauce or jam
