Milk Agar Jelly

Material (4 people)
Powder Agar, 1 sachet (4g)
Water, 250ml
Milk, 250ml
Sugar, 60g
Fruits, anything you like
How to make
- Put water and 1 sachet of agar powder into source pan and heat it
- Once boiled, keep boiling and stiring another 2 minutes until powder completely melts
- Put sugar and melt it.
- Stop heating
- Microwave milk for 30 seconds and then mix it with the fluid
- Cut fruits and put them into the container
- Pour the fluid into the container and put it in the fridge until coagulation
