Material (4 people)

Powder Agar,  1 sachet (4g)

Water,  250ml

Milk,  250ml

Sugar,  60g

Fruits,  anything you like

How to make

  1. Put water and 1 sachet of agar powder into source pan and heat it
  2. Once boiled, keep boiling and stiring another 2 minutes until powder completely melts
  3. Put sugar and melt it.
  4. Stop heating
  5. Microwave milk for 30 seconds and then mix it with the fluid
  6. Cut fruits and put them into the container
  7. Pour the fluid into the container and put it in the fridge until coagulation
