Coffee Agar Jelly

Material (4 people)

Kanten Powder,  1 sachet (4g)

Water,  500ml

Sugar,  50g

Instant Coffee,  2 large spoon

Mint Leaves,  a little

How to make

  1. Put water and 1 sachet of agar powder into source pan and heat it
  2. Once boiled, keep boiling and stiring another 2 minutes until powder completely melts
  3. Put sugar and melt it.
  4. Stop heating and add instant coffee
  5. Pour it in the container and put it in the fridge until coagulation
  6. Put whipped cream and mint leaves if you like
