Coffee Agar Jelly

Material (4 people)
Kanten Powder, 1 sachet (4g)
Water, 500ml
Sugar, 50g
Instant Coffee, 2 large spoon
Mint Leaves, a little
How to make
- Put water and 1 sachet of agar powder into source pan and heat it
- Once boiled, keep boiling and stiring another 2 minutes until powder completely melts
- Put sugar and melt it.
- Stop heating and add instant coffee
- Pour it in the container and put it in the fridge until coagulation
- Put whipped cream and mint leaves if you like
