Successfully reduce weight 8kg in 3 months

Doctor recommended agar diet and exercise for his health and obesity treatment

Last year in February, the doctor who is my friend said to me “Your weight is much higher than average”. My height and weight were 167cm and 76kg respectively, and I knew I was overweight.

What my friend recommended to me was eating agar before every dinner. According to my friend, he has been recommending agar diet to his patients for many years and received many positive results.

I have tried various diets several times in the last few decades because doctors kept telling me about my obesity issues. Sometimes I could reduce 4kg within 3 months but did not last too long. Finally, I became a diabetic and had been taking insulin injection from 15 years ago. As you can see, I did not do anything special except for dinner.

My agar diet method was based on 3 points

  1. No restriction for breakfast and lunch
  2. At dinner, no rice and bread
  3. Eat 200g agar jelly half hour prior to dinner

I also did 10,000 steps of walking as a exercise every morning.

As a result, my weight dropped from 76kg to 72.3kg in a month. In 2 months, my weight was 70.2kg. In 3 months, my weight surprizingly reached 68kg. Overall, I could reduce 8kg of my weight within 3 months. Everytime my weight dropped, my wife had to change the waist of my pants. I am truely thankful for my wife’s support.

Recently, doctor told me that I could reduce the amount of medicine I take. My weight is now 62.7kg. I am planning to continue the agar diet for the rest of my life.
